`I'm not really sure what you mean by 'raised Cherokee'. Do you mean just with the beliefs or specifically on a reservationl?

`If it helps any, books would be your best way. Specifically, ethnographic books by anthropologists. They recorded many things and its first hand and can be used over and over again.
I've learned quite a bit that way, even though I was born and raised some on the Great Navajo Nation
